Life is about connection. We are not meant to suffer alone. Our relationships and attachments are the foundation that provides us hope to move forward from our trauma, anxiety, depression, and stressors of everyday life. We sit with each other in the deep pit we can sometimes find ourselves in. My hope and desire is that I can be the person sitting next to you, while we climb towards healing together.
I work with a variety of issues including anxiety and depression, sexuality, life transitions, grief and loss, attachment relationships, and have experience working with adolescence.
I integrate many different theories to inform my clinical approach: Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, CBT techniques, and Gestalt practices. I hope that through genuine, authentic connection, we can walk the road towards healing together.
