I can help you understand your problems from a holistic perspective that includes the head, heart, and body, and looks at root causes in addition to visible symptoms. I combine different attachment, relational and experiential therapy models and have received training in Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as Developmental and Relational Trauma Treatment.
